Intention: What Do You Want?
What is your deepest intention?
What do you want?
Do you find yourself saying your deepest intention in a “negative” perspective?
It is inherent for the human heart to be free, to want the best for itself. When it has no restrictions, it has no boundaries. When the heart is not restricted, it is quite beautiful. Understand your intention and have the strength and courage to follow through with it.
What is the limitation? What stands in your way? If we all have something beautiful inside of us, it is a pity to not live by it.
Zen is a process of purifying ones intention. Find that intention and live by it. If you don’t know what your intention is, spend some time determining what it might be. Don’t settle for what others may think it is, discover what is your sense of purpose.
We are offered more choices now than any other. It is easy to get lost in these choices. Do what is meaningful to you.
Be mindful of what you spend your time doing. The human life is very precious. What is most important to you?
The hearts innermost wish is to be free.
